Terms of Service
Rules for using DrumBeet
Effective May 26, 2026. By using DrumBeet, you agree to use it lawfully and take responsibility for your local inputs, local corpus imports, and exports.
1. Use of the service
DrumBeet provides accountless browser-based tools for browsing, editing, transforming, previewing, and exporting drum MIDI. You may use it only if you can form a binding agreement and are at least 13 years old.
2. Your local inputs
You are responsible for any MIDI files or folders you import through browser-local corpus import. Do not process, distribute, or export material in a way that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights.
The hosted public base corpus is Groove MIDI. Browser-local corpus import is for machines you control, not a promise that DrumBeet will host private MIDI libraries.
3. Generated MIDI and exports
DrumBeet lets you export generated or transformed drum MIDI for use in your own projects. DrumBeet does not guarantee that any phrase is unique, copyrightable, royalty-free, release-ready, or free of third-party claims.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use DrumBeet to infringe legal rights.
- Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, local-import gates, or security features.
- Do not attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Do not imply endorsement by DrumBeet, dataset authors, sample providers, model providers, or any referenced third party.
5. No hosted account terms
This public launch does not include user accounts, paid feature modes, cloud libraries, cloud favorites, or subscription entitlements. Browser-local saved data remains your responsibility to back up or clear.
6. Availability and changes
DrumBeet may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
