Copyright and takedown requests
Effective May 12, 2026. This page explains how to report copyright concerns involving drumbeet.
Respect for rights
Drumbeet respects copyright and expects users to do the same. Users may not upload, save, generate, distribute, or export material through drumbeet in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Send a notice
If you believe material available through drumbeet infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected]. Please include:
- Your name, organization if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The drumbeet URL, account, file, phrase, output, or other information sufficient to locate the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we may do
Drumbeet may remove, disable access to, or restrict material that is the subject of a copyright complaint. We may notify the affected user and allow a response or counter-notice where appropriate.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact [email protected] with the details needed to review the dispute.
Repeat infringers
Drumbeet may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly the subject of valid copyright complaints. Drumbeet may also restrict accounts that use the service to evade takedowns or repost removed material.
